1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Casino Games Integration website and platform ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Casino Games Integration provides a game aggregation platform that connects online casino operators to multiple game content providers through a single API. Our Services include:

• API access to a catalog of 20,000+ games from 150+ providers
• Back-office tools for game management, reporting, and configuration
• Aggregator-level bonus tools including free spins and jackpot functionality
• Technical documentation, onboarding support, and testing environments

3. Eligibility

Our Services are available only to businesses and individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the platform, you represent that you hold all necessary licenses and regulatory approvals required to operate an online casino in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. API Usage and Integration

Upon successful onboarding, you will receive API credentials and access to technical documentation. You agree to:

• Use the API solely for the purposes described in your commercial agreement
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the API
• Not exceed any rate limits or usage restrictions communicated to you
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect API credentials
• Not sublicense or provide access to the API to third parties without written consent

6. Commercial Terms and Pricing

Pricing for our Services is based on a revenue share model calculated as a percentage of Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR). The specific percentage and any applicable setup fees are agreed upon during the initial business discussion and documented in a separate commercial agreement. These Terms of Service govern the general use of the platform; specific commercial terms are detailed in your individual agreement.

7. Game Content and Intellectual Property

All game content accessible through the aggregator is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display and offer these games to your end users in accordance with your commercial agreement. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of any game content
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use game content for any purpose other than as intended through the aggregator

8. Compliance and Regulatory Obligations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in the jurisdictions where you operate. This includes, but is not limited to, gambling regulations, anti-money laundering requirements, responsible gambling obligations, and data protection laws.

9. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casino Games Integration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Casino Games Integration, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of Services in accordance with the terms set out in the commercial agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and API ceases, and you must discontinue all use of our Services.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your commercial agreement. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms specified therein.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
